Event Planning Information

Pine Lake offers a standard selection of table linen, beige or white tablecloths and hunter green or white napkins.  Other colors are available through our linen service at an additional charge.

Decorating of the tables and room is the responsibility of the banquet host. At no time does Pine Lake allow glitter, confetti or rice to be used outdoors. It is important for us to protect the environment and wildlife that make Pine Lake their home.

Equipment such as dance floor, tenting, wedding ceremony chairs and certain audio/visual supplies need to be arranged through a local rental service. Should equipment be scheduled prior to the day of the event, approval is needed  by club management to insure that delivery will not interfere with other scheduled events.

There is a rental charge for the use of the lodge banquet room or our conference cabins.  Please call for information regarding applicable fees for the lodge or the conference cabins.

Non - Members require a credit card on file prior to the event.

Pine Lake Trout Club operates as a bottle club. You must bring in your own beer, wine or liquor for all parties. We do charge corkage and handling fees.

We do supply a Coffee Station as well as Soda and Ice Tea.

A special occasion cake may be brought in however all other food items must be supplied and prepared by Pine Lake Trout Club.

Storage can be arranged for up to 24 hours in advance of the function. Same day delivery is preferred. All unused alcohol should be removed from the facility after the function. 

Prices do not include 6.75% sales tax or 20% gratuity. We do charge a bartender fee.
